User Agreement and Liability Waiver for Arranged Marriages Provided by Other Life LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Other Life LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Other Life LLC provides marriage matchmaking services. The customer is purchasing an introduction to one person who is seeking marriage, whom we believe could be a good fit for the customer. We aim to connect individuals based on the information provided to us. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or success from our services.

3. No Verification of Information

Other Life LLC does not verify or validate any information provided by potential matches. We cannot ensure the accuracy or truthfulness of any information they've shared with us. It is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate, assess, and verify any information about individuals introduced by Other Life LLC.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and relevant matches, Other Life LLC does not guarantee that any match will result in a successful relationship, marriage, or any other desired outcome. The decision to pursue any relationship with a match is solely the responsibility of the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Other Life LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Other Life LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our services;

  • Any decisions made or actions taken based on the information or content provided through our services;

  • Any other matter relating to our services.

6. Release and Waiver

By using our services, you hereby release and forever discharge Other Life LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any relationship or interaction you may have with any individual introduced to you by Other Life LLC.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Other Life LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) connected to or arising from your use of our services or breach of this User Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it or our services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Other Life LLC reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and Liability Waiver.
